What to Expect

We will review your health status, nutrition concerns, and overall goals. We’ll discuss what you hope to achieve through nutrition counseling and together come up with personalized goals, in addition to recommendations to achieve those goals. Depending on your individuals needs, I may provide nutrition education, meal planning ideas, lab testing recommendations. Then I will determine a follow-up plan. The frequency of visits will depend on your specific needs and goals. In order to create a lifetime of healthy habits that are attainable and sustainable, it will be important to check-in in-between sessions and adhere to follow-up appointments. You will have the ability to message me with any questions or concerns in-between sessions through an app that tracks meals, anthropometrics, feelings, etc.
